Quinta Garzon is Francis’s organic, agroecological garden in Pueblo Garzón, Uruguay. It is an ongoing project and currently serves as fresh produce supply for Hotel & Restaurant Garzón and Carmen Pizzeria.

Marie Ducate Museum
The Marie Ducaté Museum (2023) is dedicated to the artist Marie’s body of work in Pueblo Garzón since 2006. She has been visiting our Garzón ceramics attelier every year since, and the museum is devoted to showcasing the work she has created in Uruguay. The museum features more than 300 pieces, including ceramics and paintings. Over the years, Marie and Francis have closely collaborated, sharing a deep love for Pueblo Garzón.
Carmen
Carmen is a project about a family’s love for beauty and celebrating life. Collecting the treasures that have been a part of our homes and hearts for as long as we can remember. Placed in a beautiful garden in the center of Pueblo Garzon, Uruguay, Carmen consists of a small exquisitely curated boutique shop, a specialty coffee shop, an art museum/gallery space, and pizzeria restaurant.
